Terms & Conditions

Unboxing Requirement

Upon receipt of your computer, please record an uninterrupted unboxing video. This video is mandatory for any subsequent claims related to shipping damage or defects.

Warranty Coverage

BRAG warrants to the original purchaser that all internal hardware components of the computer system (excluding accessories such as display monitor, keyboard, mouse, software, operating system, and documentation) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the duration of the purchased warranty period, beginning on the delivery date.

During this warranty period, BRAG will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective hardware free of charge for both labor and parts, subject to the terms below.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Shipment (other than the original delivery to the purchaser)
  • Accidents, impacts, liquids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning, or other natural disasters
  • Unauthorized modifications, attachments, or peripherals
  • Improper use, environment, installation, or electrical supply
  • Improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, or mishandling
  • Physical damage (burnt pins, cracks, tampered components, damaged warranty stickers)
  • Attempted repairs by unauthorized technicians or local shops

Upgrades or additional purchases do not extend the original warranty term.

Limitation of Liability

BRAG’s sole liability under this warranty, after a reasonable number of repair or replacement attempts, is limited to, at BRAG’s discretion, replacement of the product or refund of the original purchase price. Under no circumstances will BRAG be liable for:

  • Special, incidental, consequential, or similar damages
  • Loss of profit, revenue, data, software, or use of the system
  • Cost of substitute equipment or “down-time”
  • Claims by third parties
Refund and Replacement
  • Full refunds or replacements are available only if the product is lost or damaged in transit; all orders are insured by BRAG.
  • Customers seeking refunds for reasons other than transit damage—such as dissatisfaction or change of preference—will not be granted.
  • All refund or replacement decisions rest with BRAG management and are final.

BRAG does not collect credit card numbers or expiry dates directly; all payment data is processed securely by our partner, CC Avenue.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility and Timeframe
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and the original sales receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened software and trial-version operating systems
  • Sale items and opened accessories (monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers)
  • Shipping costs for returns
Return Process
  1. Record an unboxing video upon delivery.
  2. Contact customer service within 30 days with the unboxing video and original receipt.
  3. Back up all data and remove personal or confidential information before shipment.
  4. Ship the item back at your expense; BRAG will not cover return shipping.
Refund Value

Refunds equal the full purchase price, excluding any shipping or financing interest fees.

Shipping Policy

Shipment Method and Timing
  • Shipped via registered domestic couriers or speed post within 2–5 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery to the address provided by the buyer.
Liability for Delays and Loss
  • BRAG is not liable for courier or postal delays.
  • If a package is lost, a tracer will be initiated (3 days for air, 7 business days for ground). Replacement shipments are dispatched only after the courier confirms loss.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
  • Notify BRAG within 72 hours of receipt, providing an uninterrupted unboxing video and photos of any damage.
  • Upon verification, BRAG will replace or refund the item.

Warranty & Service

Claim Process
  • Retain the original sales receipt and all packaging materials.
  • Contact support with proof of purchase and any supporting media.
  • BRAG will arrange repair, replacement, or return shipping instructions.
Exclusions and Void Conditions

Warranty is void if:

  • Physical or burnt damage is present upon arrival or after customer handling
  • Marks, cracks, tampering, or unauthorized service interventions are detected
Data Liability

BRAG and its employees are not responsible for any data loss. Customers must back up data before service.

Remote Support and Upgrades
  • Remote access support requires email approval and confirmation via your registered WhatsApp number.
  • Upgrades must be performed by BRAG; physical or burnt damage from third-party modifications voids warranty.
